"The staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and polite. Complimentary cookies, water, and coffee were a thoughtful touch, made even better by a staff member encouraging us to indulge since they were free of charge. Breakfast was both filling and delicious. We rented the hot tub for one night, and it was a lovely treat—we never felt rushed or pressured. The staff went above and beyond to explain how the door worked after hours, as well as the details of breakfast and the hot tub rental. They even graciously offered to extend our stay by an additional 30 minutes free of charge."

"Lovely friendly and kind staff throughout our stay. We chose a basic room which is what we had. It was a little tired but everything one needed was there. Our main complaint couldn’t be helped by the Hotel as it related to the noise outside of late night party revellers. We had a downstairs room right at the front of the Hotel. We stayed one night; if longer we would have considered asking to move.Food excellent."
