Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Owner cancelled literally hours before our stay with no reason. I had made the booking and paid for it months beforehand. This left 8 people with no accommodation in Brighton for a weekend. Alternative was not suitable and agents unhelpful.
