From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. YOU NEED TO MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE IT TO THE HOME. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles.
Winter Guided Arrival:
At the request of the town to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. With 4 bedrooms and 6 beds, there’s ample space for your family and friends to unwind in the essence of nature. 2.5 bathrooms ensure that everyone has their own space to relax and rejuvenate. The ambiance of the forest outside is brought inside the cabin with its cedar wainscoting, log beds (1 king 4-poster, 3 queens), and adorable bear lamps. Two twin beds are also available, for up to 10 people to sleep comfortably.
