Our bath water running was ok but shower wasn’t working properly, staffs from the reception and breakfast were very friendly. We been there third times and nice to see them again. We will come back again maybe in the spring or summer.

I'm actually happy to give the Preston Park Hotel a 5 star rating. I found absolutely nothing negative in my stay. There is ample parking on site. Staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful, and the room was a decent size. More than big enough for myself and my Girlfriend to be comfortable. I'm guessing the bed had a good quality memory foam mattress, because the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The complimentary Tea/Coffee provision in our room was extremely generous, and the Breakfast was very nice, with a decent selection available. Some would call the Preston Park Hotel basic, but as a base location for an evening out in Brighton city centre, it was perfect for our personal needs. Absolutely no gripes here. 👍

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very dated and needs refurbishment. The staff was very friendly and it was also very clean. Breakfast and parking included for 2x people was good value for money.

For the price, especially in Brighton, you can’t really complain. It’s not great but it’s not bad either. Breakfast ok. Clean room. Stayed here before and would do again.

The room was ok, the bath had a crack in it, the sink plug was detached, the carpet was very thin and you could feel everything under your feet, it was very noisy with the traffic, the breakfast was ok, but the evening meal was excellent, fresh fish and chips.

Perfect for our needs

Perfect hotel for an overnight stay to collect daughter from uni. Clean room, quiet location (back of property) Breakfast was just right, with help from waiter offering coffee, tea, toast, juice etc. Will definitely stay again.

My very pleasant stay.

I had a very good stay there. The room was very good the hotel itself was in some form of renovation, but did not distract my very pleasant stay. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful and understanding. Would consider another stay once all is finished.

Only an overnight, but convenient for town. Without the hassle of trying to find a parking space at hotels in the centre. Took a bus to town (15 mins), stops located directly outside the hotel . Reception staff lovely and chatty, lovely welcome. Would stay again

Good value.

Location on main road in with bus nearby. Tired decor, but this is reflected in the price. Nice toiletries. Wonderful breakfast included too! Could be a little bit cleaner. Good value stay though if you aren’t really wanting luxury.

I picked this hotel as it was near to who i was visiting. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Good breakfast. Sadly the road noise was very loud and our room was too hot with the window closed. I'm sure rooms at the back would be quieter. The view from our window was a large overflowing skip which was unsightly.
