Only a five minute walk to village of Island pond, close to lakes, golf, indoor water park, mountain biking, 5 minute walk to Brighton state park and much more.

Was there for the NEK marathon, just 0.4 miles from the start it’s a great location. Great property, beautiful garden. Nice cosy apartment. The shower was awesome.

We had a downstairs condo. The wood floors above were quite loud, including the people above. The smart TV had its challenges. Otherwise a very nice condo. Close by a lot. Enjoyed.

Fabulous stay
This was our second time in Dave’s condo. We again had a great time. The place was very clean, the bed comfortable and the kitchen had everything one could need, even though we haven’t used all since we stayed only two nights. I highly recommend guests to walk down to the river at the back of the property and enjoy the beautiful views. Dave is extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. I’m sure we will return.

Great VAST location
Dave made this stay very easy and was very informative for us as fellow snowmobilers. The location is great; right in Island Pond and on the trail, though due to lacking snow conditions we were unable to capitalize on that. The property was spotless and included everything you'd need. Thanks Dave!

Great location and extremely clean
We had a great stay. The location was perfect for us to go to Lake Willoughby and Island Pond. I would recommend this location. The shower had amazing pressure, the bed was comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Comfortable Stay in Island Pond
This rental is great for one or two people. Lots of parking. It has a nice kitchen with full sized appliances, well equiped with cooking essentials, and a large table. The sofa and love seat were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower had plenty of hot water ( also great water pressure). I will definitely stay there again.
