Nice room, little bit on the small side, but comfortable and all the bits and pieces you would need - toiletries, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, iron, fridge, glasses, corkscrew, bottled water, TV. Nice cooked breakfast, coffee, orange juice and very friendly welcoming owner. Good location too.

Fantastic location! Close to the sea and a easywalk into town. Hostess was delightful, super comfy bed and the breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend and would def stay again when in Brighton!

A little gem in Brighton

A lovely warm welcome on arrival, a lot of time and effort has gone into the building making it very unique. Room was spacious and everything you need for a short stay including a fridge, Internet and a big screen TV .and an Ensuite with a powerful shower. Breakfast was amazing full English which i struggled to finish, real coffee and loads of toast. My first choice in Brighton from now on 5*

Best place we’ve stayed in Brighton, the staff were great, had a lovely breakfast aswell, definitely would recommend staying here. Very close to shops and right next to the sea front.

The interior design of this B&B was very stylish. Breakfast was great. Service was disappointing, the host didn't make us feel welcomed (we felt like we were in her way and we were not provided with information (such as check out time, breakfast time and WiFi code) at the time of check in or later.

Wonderful place!!

So glad we decided to come back to England, and Brighton, instead of London, for our last two days In Europe. This B&B was so cute, our room was equipped with everything we needed, the room was a generous size, and the Bathroom was great. I would definitely stay here again. We went to the beach and had a wonderful dinner of Wagyu at a restaurant close by.

Had a great welcome and comfortable stay with Susie and Telly at The 21. Fabulous breakfasts. Great location close to the seafront and within walking distance of the centre of Brighton. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
