"This was the perfect little cottage for us. It had what we needed and we were very comfortable. It’s was very walkable and had a bus nearby. People were very friendly. If we were to return to the area, we would look to stay here."

"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Great place and would 100% return. "

"Checkin , parking and the apt were terrific - very large space. walkable to Jericho and central Oxford - or bike-able. Near the canal walk and close to Port Meadow. Possibly one of the better locations in Oxford. The apartment is modern and well equipped but there were just a few negative points more for the owners to repair. I don't normally post negatives but I think this flat/apt is def worth it with a few minor tweaks There were lights that didn't work in the bathrooms just needed...

"It is such a lovely hotel. It smells just drvine and this was my third stay. The 2nd time in this room actually. Sadly the bathroom floor did have some small flecks of dirt, the bath had rust on and we were unable to get the plug out of the bath. These are such small minor things but are worthy of note. The staff were fabulous as usual. The communal eareas were beautifully decorated for Christmas. And whilst ive already said it it is worthy if a second mention. The hotel smells amazing! "

"Second time staying and the staff were just a friendly as the first stay. Rooms are spotless and comfortable - bar area an added bonus and breakfast included in the stay you really cannot complain! We were greeted as we came out of the lift with Happy new year! Our new hotel for when we visit out relatives. "

"It is such a lovely hotel. It smells just drvine and this was my third stay. The 2nd time in this room actually. Sadly the bathroom floor did have some small flecks of dirt, the bath had rust on and we were unable to get the plug out of the bath. These are such small minor things but are worthy of note.
