It had weights (dumbbells and barbells), machines, treadmills, rowing machines, and even a sled. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!"

That was more our fault but there was a 45 minute delay so we ran out of time. Breakfast we were told was limited but we still hot cereals and a cooked breakfast.
