An older style of property and the star rating reflects this, that said, Large room, Fluffy towels. Very comfortable quilted mattress overlay, Quiet, Easy walk to dining and shopping options. As seasoned travellers in our mid-sixties, it represented excellent value.

Nice stay just needs upgrading

Right in the middle of Cleveland so convenient for restaurants and shops. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The whole place could do with a revamp as was very tired. The lift didn’t work on the day I was there so had to carry bags down one flight of stairs. Rooms are large and the shower was great bed was comfortable. I think that there are long term guests so can get a bit noisy at night. Parking was good and felt safe. No breakfast or restaurant at the motel. There was a bar but I didn’t see it open.

The room was in very poor condition. The hotel's website show's a sparkling pool, however the pool water was green. A disappointing stay.

Red flag when I drove into the carpark. There was a guy setup at a table and chairs in the carport beer in one hand smoke in the other supervising? kids on scooters running around the car park. Woken up 11.30 at night by one of the residents I think in the room above me singing nursery rhymes and other noises through an amplification. I wouldn't recommend staying there
