The staff were absolutely welcoming and so considerate and helpful. They were very efficient with each person but you never felt rushed. The lady I dealt with (Marsha I think her name was, I was coming off night shift so brain was a little spaced) was warm and inviting, one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had.

I couldn’t have been happier with my stay! The staff were fantastic and the room had everything I needed and more. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the furnishings were modern and the location was excellent. Brilliant value for money! I will definitely be back!
