I stayed here with my 90 year old mother, who has mobility issues. The room, and property itself were easily accessible, with two cafes on the ground floor in easy walking distance. The views across the bay are glorious, and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Very easy check in process with clear instructions. The room itself was very good and after a very long hot day it was good to have the air con on before I walked into the room so it was cool. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked a good, a good work bench, bathroom was good and a very nice balcony. The place has under cover parking, direct lifts to the room and a pool. What amazed me was how quiet it was inside my room despite being a busy Saturday night. Erin customer service from before my arrival to my departure very first class. I recommend this place one of the better ones I’ve stayed at worth the bit extra.
