"Lovely hotel. I was a teeny bit disappointed on arrival, the lady that checked me in provided no information, including how I get to my room. Info on the bar, or restaurant, pool/gym location, parking etc would have made me feel welcome. But overall, the room was nice, the bed was super comfortable! ..."
