Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. "Plenty of room for all of us--grandparents, kids, and grandkids. A few minor things needed repair--the toilet flush handle on the downstairs bathroom was loose, and it was hard to light the gas stovetop--but we liked the house, the pool, and the location,"

"Personne pournois accueillir à notre arrivée, gîte souillé par un chat (excréments au sol, vomis sur les lits....). Le propriétaire n'a pas donné de draps propres quand il est venu nous voir le lendemain de notre arrivée. Les fenêtres sont cassées/fêlées. Le site est magnifique mais l'hôte n'est pas à la hauteur, il ne correspond plus aux photos malheureusement."

"Super comfortable, well equipped home in a picturesque setting very close to the Loire. We had a brilliant week here in this lovely family home. There is a heated pool, pretty gardens and great BBQ. A particular highlight is the brilliant, well equipped kitchen. It is the owner’s home, so the house has everything you might need for a comfortable holiday. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. Just threw a duvet over the sofa. Beds are extremely comfortable and all the items you need in a flat are provided. Staff go above and beyond to help you have a comfortable stay. Especially Michael who was extremely helpful. I would certainly stay again. "

"A very pleasant surprise to find a reasonably priced hotel that delivered on all fronts. Really helpful member of staff on our arrival ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Room e had was spacious even with 3 beds and everything was clean. Perfect for a 1 night stay."
