Everything was good except the TV is of a poor quality and the channels are really randomly organised. Also the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and there was no explanation of why that happened!!!

We were very comfortable, and found the breakfast to be a good value. The location was nice, not in the hustle-bustle, but close enough to get there fairly conveniently. We were bummed that we could not check in early, but them’s the breaks. When we arrived, there was a crowd of people in the lobby all waiting for the clock to strike 3 so they could check in. I would stay here again.

Excellent newish hotel in a very accessible location, near to the city centre. We were able to walk around old city haunts and attend the Hippodrome and walk back to the hotel very easily. Good breakfast. Bathroom could do with a handrail to aid getting out of the bath, as well as getting in. Also somewhere to hang bath towel when in shower. Full marks for having a mirror with an electrical socket attached, making use of a hair drier easy.

Comfortable 1 night stay at the Clayton Hotel in Bristol. The staff were friendly and helpful at check in, and stored our luggage for a few hours securely after check out. The room was very clean and included all the essential amenities (towels, hair dryer, tea/coffee/water, shampoo, body wash and even an iron with ironing board). Plenty of dining options and some supermarkets within a short walking distance. There is no on site parking but there are paid carparks nearby. We'd happily stay again :)
