My daughter (8) and I had a lovely stay at this hotel for an event close by. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, engaging my daughter in conversation about the toys she had brought with her and making her feel included and grown up. The hotel looked very new. Super helpful receptionist. Easy transfer to Bristol City Centre. Lovely breakfast - lots of choice. Snacks, tea and coffee in the room. All for a reasonable price with breakfast. What's not to like :)

Genuinely wonderful stay. Hotel refurbished to a high standard. Pool and fitness area absolutely spotless. Restaurant and breakfast both very good. Best of all were the staff, just fantastic service from beginning to end. Not an unhelpful person, not one person who didn’t go out of their way to make our stay a great one. Will definitely be back.

Sadly check in delayed by 50 minutes. Initially given an option to downgrade to have alternative room without recompense. After half an hour offered complimentary drink and snack for inconvenience.
