"Convenient location to stay for skiing Lake Louise or touring around the area. Not much in the way of local amenities but is expected for the area. Buildings/lodges are not connected to the main facility which contains the check-in desk, restaurant, bar, pool & recreation facilities which is a little inconvenient when it’s -28 degrees outside & one wishes to utilize any of the services in the main building. "Really liked the pool, hot tub, workout room and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and quiet except when the heating unit came on. It made a very loud noise. Would definitely come back."

"The Royal Anne is in a great location for staying in Kelowna, - nice walking nearby at Lakeside Park, good restaurants, coffee shops, bookstore etc. all close by. quiet. Has a nice compact gym. Good breakfast."

"A very nice little boutique hotel, where attention to detail in the rooms and common areas is easily seen. Since last there, they have opened a nice “wine bar” on the lower level that serves good quality but reasonably priced food and wines. "

"We loved our stay at Park Place lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Fernie ! The pool and Hot tub were so clean and the ambiance was beautiful and peaceful. The Staff and so easy going and helpful, and we enjoyed the little aspects of convenience such as the front hall coffee station, in house pub and liquor store ! "

"The staff. Every last one of them that I had the pleasure of meeting were amazing. I had injured myself on February 12th of my stay at the hotel and they went way above and beyond to help make my stay as comfortable as could be. Plus they were so good to my dog Diamond. Next time my stay will be for pleasure as they have so many amenities at the hotel. Love"

"In the pictures it shows the restaurant connecting to the hotel was a family restaurant replaced with a pub restaurant, that does not appear as family friendly. This was slightly disappointing "
