"This was our first stay at Sebastian’s and we had an excellent time. Staff were helpful and friendly, and our Cliffside room had a wonderful view of the ocean. The restaurant/bar had some nice options and it was an easy drive to other spots along along Bay and up north towards Cane Garden Bay. Parking is a bit challenging if you’re in the Cliff side suite, but they have a large parking lot by the main building you can use too. Just a bit tite but we were able to fit our Jeep. We will definitely stay again. "

"We cam to visit Tortola and the Soggy Dollar. We got to experience the laid back vibe and friendly folks. It was amazing. The house is right on the water, we watched the pelicans dive for fish throughout the day, its very entertaining. We truly enjoyed the hospitality and beauty of the home and island "

"The unit (kitchen, bath, bed room, living room) is excellent; clean and stocked with basic necessities. Right outside my unit were old railings and furniture which could be removed and area cleared of debris, but overall the property was great. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet, and a breath taking view, whether sunny or rainy. "
