Im a sales rep so i stay away quite a bit. yes this place isnt the most luxurious - but look at what you pay. It ticked all the boxes for me. & i stay away quite a bit. "Food was brill inc the breakfast. Room was on top floor of the pub. Room was clean & tidy. About right for the £. Have to support these pubs as they need tyhe business rather than the National big players that are so impersonal. The staff were attentive as well."
