"The room design has a couch at one end of the room where the TV can't be viewed - you can watch from the bed or you can move the couch into the middle of the room. Also the wall lights by that couch were unplugged and I had to move the furniture to plug them in. Had to ask for a coffee maker, not standard in the rooms. The continental breakfast was substandard, only prepackaged muffins and yogurts."

"The front desk staff was super nice and fun. They were very friendly. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Convient location with easy walk to the stadium. Only complaint is they need better windows with soundproofing. Fire station must be nearby because you heard sirens all the time and they seemed to always come down the street and turn left right before the hotel. We were on 11th floor and heard clear as day maybe higher up wouldn't hear as much."

"The hotel is nice. The lobby area is beautiful, and the restaurant that is connected is called Betts. The valet parking staff were really nice. However, I must say that the front desk staff were passive aggressive and not very welcoming. One had a brash tone when I pointed out inaccurate charges to my room summary prior to check-out. In addition, the carpet in the room was a bit smelly and the carpet in the hallways are too thick to roll a suitcase on comfortably without having to pull it hard....

"My family and I stayed at this hotel the last time we needed services at Cleveland Clinic. We were so happy with our stay at that time that we rebooked for this trip. The receptionist who checked us in was welcoming and kind, and the room was clean. The hotel restaurant has nice options on their menu, and the hotel has a shuttle to the hospital which makes transportation very easy. My family and I are happy to recommend this hotel. "
