"The view & sounding beach area is fantastic. Beautiful spot to wake up to! Our room needed a really good vacuum, especially behind bed side tables etc. The outdoor furniture on our deck was really dirty as well as the tiles. Nothing that a water blast wouldn't fix. The shower curtain is well passed it's used by date. Only place for it is the bin. Daily room service doesn't include making beds, which we found strange. Overall, it's all very tired looking. "Friendly staff. Spacious one bedroom apartment with view and patio doors opening towards beach. I made good use of the kitchenette. Had a nice Chicken Caeser Salad without bacon and a nice glass of Rosé for dinner in the restaurant. I charged my electric car overnight. "

"This is a lovely property in a prime location. All units have beachfront outlooks through the branches of an ancient pohutukawa. The managers were extremely hospitable and helpful. They even shared produce from their garden. The sheets and towels were high quality and the cleanliness was of a high standard. Would definitely recommend "
