The accommodation was very average and dated, and the cooking facilities were very poor and limited. I think it needs some updating but not too bad value for money. "An amazing stay at if you’re looking to be in walking distance of everything Dubrovnik has to offer. 20 min walk to old town, 25 min walk to Lapad, small grocery at the top of the street. The VIEW is incredible from sunrise to sunset. Peaceful location away from busy streets and the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots. Tucked away just enough. Lovely hotel convenient to Old Town

"Excellent efficient staff. Super clean rooms. Plentiful breakfast choices, even arranged take away bags when going on early morning tour. Only 15min walk to Old Town, or bus number 4 stops 50metres from hotel. Good food in the Panio bar. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay."

"This is a lovely hotel with nice rooms and very pleasant /helpful staff. A very nice breakfast was provided. Importantly it is easy to get into the old town. It is about 7 minutes by bus with a bus stop almost directly outside the hotel with several buses going in that direction. You can also take a bus from here (No 10) to Cavtat a holiday location along the coast (about 30 minutes), Finally, a fine small supermarket has recently opened about 30 metres from the entrance to the hotel."

A wonderful hotel

"A wonderful hotel in a breathtaking location. We chose a sea view and wow, what a view - breathtaking. All staff were friendly and helpful, we chose underground parking for 10 euro/night, but there was on street parking available. Our suite was lovely, spacious snd spotless with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. We had a living room and a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The gym is well appointed and the indoor swimming pool is lovely - we were there in Winter. Breakfast provided huge variety and was tasty.We had a great stay."
