"A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat."

"We really enjoyed our stay here over Christmas. Barn is in a very quiet and peaceful location, and was clean and very warm and cosy with heating on. Located on a large field, which was ideal for our dogs to go out. Just a 15 minute drive into Abergavenny, which has some lovely little shops, a market and plenty of places too eat. Would love to visit again sometime. "

"A beautiful converted train wagon nestled in the Welsh countryside. Very well put together with most amenities available. Very comfy bed - small but well sized for a intimate break together. "The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. "This property is wonderful. The property is brand new/recently renovated and this is apparent as soon as you step inside the front door. All fixtures and fittings are of good quality and the charm of the original building such as exposed beams have all been kept. It is in a quiet location with stunning walks and trails on your doorstep but the village is only a 10 minute walk. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily come back ourselves."

Cottage has everything needed, is in a great location for walking and has an amazing pub ‘Royal Oak’ with superb food in easy walking distance. "First off when arriving at the property there was no onsite parking as advertised, there was parking to the rear which you would think were for there but was told it was private and was not anything to do with the property and told there was small parking bays just up from the front of the property which were on a public road and were all full, to me this is not classed as onsite parking, onsite parking is parking designated for the property and owned by the property. There was some cobwebs in bathroom and on first night accidentally spilt some tea on duvet but this was not changed when room was serviced next morning.
