"Arrived to a clean, well decorated cottage. Smaller than expected for four adults. The view made up for any shortcomings. A small screened in porch, a deck, large flat granite rocks, the outside seating options are numerous. "Great experience. It was cozy environment. The only downside is there was some remienence of trash in the trashcan itself. Also, the toilet had very low water pressure and would not go down when being flushed (don't know if it was clogged beforehand or what, but we didn't do it). Other than that i would stay again. "

"Motel is a cute older-style motel with no-frills rooms. Rooms are safe, clean, comfortable, and good sized! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations around town. Where this property really shines is location! Minute’s walk to everything in town, it’s hard to beat this location, especially for the price."

"This hotel is in the perfect location to experience Bar Harbor. It is an older hotel so the rooms are very small and the bathrooms are like closets. They offered a breakfast service, but it wasn't really a restaurant setting. Staff was superb! And, again, the location can't be beat!"
