"Building is very old and needs update. Sink cracked, dirt in cubby behind toilet paper and hand hold in tub. Noise was very noticeable in room. Only small bath bar was provided. Breakfast area very small, did not try the breakfast. Opted for nearby eating options "

"We stayed here for 5 days while visiting family in the area over Christmas. What we liked: location (walk to shopping, close to drug store, grocery store, restaurants, and downtown Indy), hotel amenities (gym, pool, clean and modern facility), free breakfast,

(grassy areas/pet waste stations), rooms (spacious with lots of cabinets/storages, nice kitchenette, living area, comfy beds, updated bathroom with nice toiletries and overall quiet despite near busy road). Things to consider:...

"We had so much for our reunion at this location! The animals were a blast for the kids to see throughout our stay. The owners were available and friendly people. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip!"

"For the last 5 or 6 years, we have been doing an extended family post-christmas gathering, and have used this property as our spot. The space is awesome, as there is a large gathering area on the first floor or in the basement. We cook a lot, so having the open kitchen on the main floor keeps everyone together. Chuck has always communicated very well with me, and when issues have come up, he has done everything possible to make sure our weekend still goes great. I highly recommend him as a host,...

"Property was okay! However , you can tell they are still remodeling and for the price it should’ve been a slightly cheaper . Everyone was comfortable and the owner accommodated my 3

instead of the rule of 2. Good location on where my family and I needed to be. . TVs are a little dated so we didn’t watch it . Other than that it’s in development but it’s stayable . "
