It was very spacious for our small party of 3, but the backyard was a big bonus - with the basketball hoop and seating we were outside every night, and the quaint front porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The neighborhood is very quiet to, even being close to the freeway. I liked that part because we could access Baylor and downtown very quickly. We will definitely stay again! "
