I loved the stay at Brugges and Hotel Aragon. It is conveniently located within a short walk of the city center. Hotel ammenities include wifi, breakfast buffet, and they even provided a list with restaurant recommendations and nearby amenities. The room was very comfortable. I stayed 3 days and would love to be back.

Great little find. The hotel was really conveniently located to the shops and restaurants. There was a good car park only 2 mins walk away which was reasonably priced. The decor was very nice and staff very helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection! We will certainly return! Thank you

Rooms are extremely small and the bathroom is very poorly configured. We were unable to stand up to take a shower due to the slanted ceiling over the bathtub. When we were able to finally get the hand held shower head to turn on, there was very very little water that came from with it, it was a trickle.

cobble stones are brutal for dragging rolling suitcase. Great location for everything we wanted to do. Immerse ourselves in Belgian life, beer, food, architecture, outdoor seating. Bicycling was great, we just needed to adjust to the frenetic pace, riding on cobbles, and sharing roads and sidewalks, along with bike lanes with others.

We had a shower problem. Did not notify the desk at the time because it was very late and we were exhausted. The desk was not open to offering us anything for our inconvenience since they have 24 hour service at the desk and we didn’t call for maintenance at midnight.

Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists but only a short walk to many of the main points of interest. Sussana was most helpful for information and directions. Our room (602)was cozy, clean, and had good space with a kitchenette which was equipped with all that one needs - coffee maker, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, utensils, kitchenware etc. Our recommendation- change to better pillows. And, there is a nook with unused space where you can put a small sitting table with chairs for a snack or coffee.

My husband and I had a great stay at Hotel Aragon. Our room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with a big variety of food. The location was fantastic, easy walking distance from everything in Brugge.

The room was great - service could have been a tad better! I asked for some water at reception, only to be told I could go and purchase water from the bar!! Water is not an expensive commodity - next time just give the guest a glass or bottle of water if they ask!

The hotel itself is wonderful but the staff were the absolute stars. My backpack with my passport and medication was stolen on the train to Bruges and the staff here, led by Admiral, went beyond what one would expect. They helped me print out forms, instructed me where the police was located, set up a doctors appointment so I could get new medication, and called the German Embassy. To only give them 5 stars feels inadequate. While my experience in Brussels may have soured my trip, the staff here helped make the best of it. Their patience, willingness to help is remarkable. While I will avoid Brussels forever, I shall return to. Brugge one day…and hope to stay here. Rooms were fine, bed was comfortable, good amenities.

The hotel doesn’t share on its website or on expedia that the family rooms are located in a different hotel altogether. They made us stay in Aragon House which is a serviced apartment nothing close to a hotel. We showed our disappointment to the person at the reception but she said she didnt have time to entertain us as she has a full day. We liked the location overall but would not recommend the hotel given the behavior of the staff and misinformation during the booking process.
