The shuttle bus took us into vernazza each morning and brought us back early each evening (taxi available after approx 7 pm if you miss the last shuttle). Julia was very responsive to communications. We particularly enjoyed the location - close to the main square/beach/restaurants etc, but also it felt very 'Italian', it is a very pretty and historic part of town. The apartment itself is fine (it had not been cleaned when we got there, but perhaps we had got our timing confused). There were a few minor wear and tear issues (torn shower curtain etc), but overall it is a very functional and well equipped place - we were particularly grateful for the beach...
