"I stayed a week. Polite and helpful staff. Large n clean room. Nice small kitchenette. But shower gel in the small bottle kept running out, had to get more every 2 days. Bathtub has high sides so a bit tricky getting in and out. Wifi only for max 3 devices at a time. No in-house restaurant. Unimpressive small n stark lobby. But overall, a good stay"

"The overall stay was good and so was the overall cleanliness. But the carpets really need to be re-done because of the staining and a fresh paint coat would not hurt. The shower door did not close properly. No mirror in the room except the one in the bathroom. TV needs an upgrade with a remote that has visible letters/numbers. Not sure why they charge 28 dollars parking fee per day, which I thought was very hefty. Staff was friendly and helpful 😊 "

"Very central location for the CBD & Vailo 500 with lots of places to dine or snack. Arrival was great with a car space paid for two nights; secure & guaranteed spot. Unit wasnt really clean but we asked for a midweek clean & then better being able to see out of the full wall windows offering a superb view of the NE city sector & the Adelaide Hills. Extra towels requested were available and we used the pool and BBQ area. Problem with the shower head was fixed the same day. Room had everything we needed."

"Host was very accommodating however the property description doesn't match reality. Cooking was via a shared barbecue, washing up needed to be done in the bathroom vanity and the restaurant was closed. Most meals required a 20 minute drive to Nairne...or slightly further to Mt Barker. It would be OK for an overnight stay or weekend if you wanted to travel around the Adelaide Hills. Longer stays are very difficult."

On entry to the apartment there was an overpowering smell of (i think) curry and i had to open windows and spray room freshener to get rid of it . "Second time returning to this great hotel. Excellent central Adelaide location close to tram stop and Rundle mall. Rooms in very good condition with very comfortable bed. However, some staining on carpets and loud noises coming from fridge and toilet throughout the night. We have stayed at this hotel before and the noisy amenities were only an issue in the most recent room. Overall, lovely hotel and would recommend to anyone staying in Adelaide."
