"The staff was exceptional during our stay (off season right before closing for holiday)… and we found the location just right for walking to trails in the area. Our room was very nice except we had an exceptional small bathroom ( one had to sit on the toilet at an angle or your knees hit the shower wall). Also, it turned cold rainy and snowy while we were there but the fireplace was not lit :( I would recommend this place again! "

"Me and my partner recently stayed at My Arbor. The room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a delightful balcony that offered breathtaking views of the valley. The hotel itself is stunning with modern in design and impeccably clean. Kudos to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and unwavering availability. Both breakfast and dinner were delightful, offering a wide array of choices, each dish more delicious than the last. Opting for the half-board option is highly recommended. A short walk through the woods leads to the cable car station, providing easy access to the slopes—a perfect setup for skiing enthusiasts. Unfortunately, the room was occasionally a bit cold, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable throughout the stay. Despite these minor inconveniences, My Arbor offers a unique and memorable experience. I look forward to returning and hope to see improvements in room temperature control and internet connectivity! "We immensely enjoyed our stay at the GrunerBaum Hotel! The hotel reception desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, and clean, with a balcony, table, and chairs! There were great views of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items, and the staff was very friendly. We walked to several must-see places and restaurants in a great location. Getting the Brixen card for our stay was great; it gave us access to tourist places.
