Home from Home type hotel

Brilliant location and super-friendly and helpful staff. Nice owner too but some repairs are needed to surfaces, the lift and suchlike. Never mind, if you enjoy a basic stay slap bang in the middle of the city (location, location, location) this is the hotel for you. Affordable and down-to-earth. Great that such hotels, with a family feel, still exist in the centre of Brussels.

Se parece a un hostel no un hotel

La ubicación del hotel está bien. Sin embargo la tele no funcionaba bien, las habitaciones son viejas y tampoco funcionaba Internet.

Very unpleasent stay

It was reallly unpleasent experience, there was mould un the bath, the curtains were broken, there were some hair under my pillow, the breakfast is definitelly a hostel like. The neighbourhood is not pleasant, some guy was screeming for an hour at the street. I don't recommend to stay there, the photos on the websites look like taken about 15 years ago.

Hotel en très mauvais état. Passez votre chemin!

Je ne suis pas du genre à laisser de mauvais avis en général, mais après la très mauvaise surprise lors de notre séjour à cet hôtel, je m'en sentais obligée. La propreté est discutable : serviette déjà utilisée laissée dans la salle de bain, toilettes pas vraiment propres, cheveux et poils sur les draps. Les équipements de la salle de bain étaient en mauvais état: toilettes et mitigeur de la douche cassés. L'ascenseur est également en très mauvais état (pas de double porte et on nous a même expliqué à l'accueil que faire si l'ascenseur reste bloqué car "cela arrive souvent"). Nous avons pris les escaliers pour redescendre et avons eu la surprise de devoir enjamber toutes sortes de détritus (vieux vêtements, plastiques, emballages alimentaires) et autres matériaux de chantier laissé en vrac dans les escaliers. La sécurité est entièrement à revoir, la prise électrique sous la table de nuit sortait complètement du mur! Et imaginez si l'hotel devait être évacué par les escaliers en cas d'incendie... Plus que dangereux! Le seul point semi-positif est la localisation très centrale de cet hotel. Cependant, étant situé au dessus d'une rue très passante avec beaucoup de bars, impossible de fermer l'oeil avant 4h du matin tellement la rue est bruyante. Je vous déconseille vivement cet hôtel, nous avons payé 90€ pour une expérience terrible.
Escaliers vers la porte de sortie. Nous avons du enjamber tout un tas de détritus en plastique devant la porte.
Matériaux jetés dans l'escalier à tous les étages.

Piccolo hotel in zona centrale - a pochi passi dalla grand place - che offre camere ben arredate, seppur in un contesto che forse meriterebbe qualche intervento di ristrutturazione. Per il prezzo pagato, più che soddisfatto.

Everything was great: The view, breakfast and location. I would definitely recommend you stay here when you are planning to visit in Brussels. Everywhere is walkable. Not too loud other than ambulance. Breakfast is continental: ham, cheese and croissant. Orange juice, milk, chocolate milk and any kind of coffee. You can have some cereals work youghurt too. Perfect! Again: location and view of the city from your room is the best. You will love it. Thank you for making our vacation great - hotel Orts. I would definitely choose this hotel in the future again.

We arrived hours after the check-inn time and our room was still not ready. We arrived in the late afternoon and only had that day to spend in brussels so having to wait another 30mins before our room was ready was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. The property is location walking distance from the Christmas market, but to be honest there are so many hotels in the area, I would recommend staying somewhere else. The space is located above a bar, so was loud in the middle of the night.

GREAT STAY AT BEST LOCATION

ONE NIGHT IN BRUSSELS. INITIALLY WAS QUITE SKEPTICAL ABOUT THIS HOTEL DUE TO THE LOW ROOM RATES. WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH OUR STAY. THE HOTEL IS LOCATED RIGHT OPPOSITE A LUXURY HOTEL AND THERE IS NO DOUBT ON THE EXCELLENT LOCATION. ATTRACTIONS AND FAST FOOD CHAIN ARE RIGHT AT THE DOOR STEPS. THE HOTEL SERVICES ARE COMMENDABLE. BTW, MUST TRY THEIR MUSSELS, IT IS HEAVENLY DELICIOUS. BREAKFAST IS SIMPLE BUT THE SERVICES STAFF SPECIALLY MADE US SCRAMBLED EGGS EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BREAKFAST BUFFET. OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT STAY FOR US

Great time in Brussels

We arrived early in the morning. Friendly staff met us and helped with our luggage.We lived in a room with a balcony on the second floor. The hotel is in a very convenient location in the city center.There were minor flaws in the room, but they are not so important. We had a great time in Brussels. Thanks a lot to the hotel staff.

Meget bra beliggenhet i sentrum av Brussel

Vi opplevde hyggelig betjening på hotel Orts. Vi hadde et hjørnerom som hadde tre små balkonger. Rommet var ganske stort og standarden var grei både på rommet og badet. Ute på balkongene bar der behov for vedlikehold. Vi bruker gjerne hotel Orts igjen. Det arbeides i gata og nærområdet med å lage gågater, her blir det flott om ikke lenge.
