"The Best Western Plus has become my goto place to stay when I come to Brussels. It is in an old building with original features, the location is convenient close to restaurants, shopping and transportation although a (paid) parking space was made available for me. It has a good buffet breakfast and the staff are very friendly, it is clean and hospitable. I would recommend staying here!"

"Great hotel for a family traveling with a large vehicle. The location is not too far off the highway. We parked in the onsite garage and left the driving to Uber for the tourist sites . The staff was friendly and provided lots of local info. There wasn't too much to do near the hotel, but it was a good base away from the city center. Upon arrival, we decided to dine at the hotel bar/restaurant. It was really good! We opted for the breakfast package, which features an impressive buffet and ample...

"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

"FlyInn is an excellent Hotel. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Laila, daughter of the owner was extremely Helpful in every way. Some Repair work was required to the window and the Owner fixed the problem himself. Will stay again if flying to Brussels.."
