"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

A great surprise for us was the path, just at the end of the garden, who takes you on a beautiful trip around the mountain. Excellent hotel with caring staff

"Hotel is very nice and has plenty of amenities. Pool, sauna and spa area are clean, well kept and relaxing. The rooms are fantastic- extra blankets, boot tray for snow boots, and heated bathroom floors. The hotel staff is attentive- when my husband fell ill, Dennis the night manager, went above and beyond to secure a local doctor, taxi transport and help us in our time of need. "

"Ideally located in the heart of Zermatt, less than a 5-minute walk from the train station. 1-minute walk to the main shopping/restaurant street.
