Enter a beautiful, cozy, and updated country chic Home in Aggieland!

Built in 2009, this 3 bedroom/2 bath home offers a fantastic location near parks, down town shopping/food/drinks and all of the entertainment the Bryan/College Station area has to offer! Located only a mile from Blinn College and just 4 miles from Texas A&M University you will have quick and easy access to any event that brings you to town!

Fully furnished with an all you could need to cook kitchen, clean restrooms and comfy bedrooms - there is a space to enjoy for all! Catch the game or a family movie in our brand new fabulous sectional. Or sneak away for your favorite show and a nap in any of the 3 bedrooms with smart tv’s.

Remember to check out an outdoor space all decked out with outdoor lighting, fan, dining furniture (table & seating for 8), extra outdoor sitting areas, a grill and even an outdoor smart tv too! Little things like giant connect 4, Jenga or corn hole; along with a fully loaded game cabinet inside, make for nights of fun creating memories that’ll last a life time!

With the goal of ease and comfort in mind we provide self check in with your very own personal door code. Enjoy your very own private parking with access to the garage as needed and outdoor cameras with your very own indoor monitor for keeping an eye on the kiddos or just some added peace of mind.

Have fur babies? No problem! As a proud mommy of two 12 yo pups, I understand traveling without them can be difficult and want to make sure you know they are always welcome! Don’t worry about bringing couch covers, doggy beds or bowels as all will be provided!
*We do ask that no pet be permitted on the furniture as there is an additional cleaning fee to remove pet hair from couches/beds/pillows etc.
($50 standard pet fee)
(additional $25/per pet after 2)

Check In is scheduled for 4:00pm and Check Out for 11:00 am - However, early and late options are available pending availability!

Know that as an Aggie (x2) myself and a teacher in the area for 7 years… this house is so much more. As my very first home, it is my biggest desire that others will be able to enjoy it just as much as I did during my time here. So come on in and stay a while! Our stay was great. The home is clean, well stocked with those immediate needs (coffee) and whatever a person needs. Simple to navigate around the house. For me and my daughter & her family, it was a perfect size.

Great place in BCS
We really enjoyed our stay in October. We hosted our daughter's Aggie Ring Dunk at the house and there was plenty of space. The backyard was a perfect spot to have the dunking. Communication with the host was great. The entire house was so functional and everything was clean and well kept. We were only 15 minutes from campus. The only reason I gave 4 stars or the neighborhood was because there is not a lot of street parking in front of the house, but the driveway can accommodate 3 cars and our guests just had to go up 1/2 a block to park, so it was not bad at all. I would rent this house again.

We enjoyed this house quite a lot. We were in town for my daughter's wedding with family and although most of our time was off the property at all the wedding activities, we found this house clean, nicely decorated, lots of little things to make our stay excellent. The owner was always accessible, and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Lots of Bugs and bug traps, get an exterminator. Outside is dirty and unkept. Neighborhood is not great. Tried to tell the owner some of the issues and they are full of excuses. It feels like you are staying at someone elses home, too much stuff in cupboards to clean anything. Old chipped and dirty dishes. I did not use any.

Clean, comfortable, nicely ecorated, close to campus. My only complaint wuld be that maybe they could have some Keurig coffee and creamers compimentary. All other places that i have VBROed or hotels do this. Otherwise was very nice and would stay there again.

Pace to stay for Graduation
Cute place, comfortable beds ad sofa. It is in Bryan which was nice we had the opportunity to explore Bryan restaurants which weren't as crazy as College Station restaurants on graduation weekend. Also had enough parking for all of us. Overall, it was a great stay.

The house is so friendly for a pet vacay. The yard is fully fenced and doggy bags provided. The house is beautifully decorated with everything you'd need for an executive stay. The neighborhood isn't as nice as this home was, but the garage was available for parking which made me feel more secure. The host was lovely and very responsive.

I absolutely loved our stay! The host was very communicative and helpful. Offered suggestions for the event I wanted to use it for, and even kept in touch periodically for our needs. The property is great; perfect for the Ring Dunk and has just the right amount of space. Home is decorated beautifully, but we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy it further. Many amenities and little tools for the guest.

From the giant tv in the living room to the cozy beds to the lighted Pavillion in the backyard, you will not be disappointed no matter the reason for your stay.
