"The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place."

"Great location. Easy walk into Bucerías along path or beach. Great beach walking. Resort is very busy however and a challenge to get pool chairs at times. Overall great location. "

"This was one of many visits to the Puerto Vallarta area. We truly loved our condo, the staff , the weather and our location. We have stayed in Bucerias many times before, and found we were a 5min cab ride away---perfect. Made a trip to Sayulita (20mins) for the Day of the Dead celebration and loved the festivities, the food and the cute little surfing town. Our trip was fun filled and we plan to return in the future."

View of ocean. 3 blocks from the beach. There’s 2 beach chairs with beach umbrella and cooler for beach days. Well maintained pool on main floor with deck loungers under swaying palm trees We had opportunity to view other apartments and house on this property and all are beautiful, and well maintained. We highly recommend this property for able bodied guests. The walk from beach is on incline! We got our exercise which was needed after dining on amazing food in the many walkable restaurants nearby.Large Grocery/department store 10 minute walk from property. A staff member who is an uber driver provided our airport transport approx 15 minute drive. Such a great quiet hideaway. Don't hesitate to book here! Betty from Canada "

"The property has new owner, new name and is having an overhaul. I am only the third guest. They are still working on ten units. There are two small pools and the property has lots of interesting statues, murals in cantera stone. I rented unit 2 on the second floor with a shared balcony complete with barbecue grill, table and chairs with umbrella overlooking the pools on one side and the street on the other side. Half a block from the beach. Interior of the suite is like a one bedroom apartment. Granite countertops, new appliances, everything you need to prepare a meal is provided. I don't think I would have made it without the split unit air conditioner. So much more than I expected."
