Summary:
Top-floor 1BR condo with PRIVATE rooftop and patio. This property has great amenities such as beach chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, drinking water, fiber optic WiFi, and a private parking spot. It is a short 6-minute walk to beach with a large grocery store 4 blocks away. There are also great local spots nearby such as La Quinta di Francesco & Barchelata Sports Bar.

The Space:
This top-floor 1BR condo is located in the southern part of the Golden Zone, the most sought-after neighborhood in Bucerias. It has some of the longest beaches in the entire bay, and beach gear such as beach chairs, umbrella, and small cooler are all included.

It has a porch right outside your door, and a private rooftop patio with views of the bay for spectacular sunsets. Everything you need for a great stay is provided. It's furnished with a king-size bed and comfortable sitting areas in the living room and patio. Fiber optic WiFi, Smart TV, room-by-room controlled air-conditioning, blackout curtains, and a private parking spot. The kitchen is fully-equipped with filtered drinking water and all the utensils you could need. We are also PET-FRIENDLY!

Guest Access:
This property is a duplex, and this particular unit is on the 2nd floor (up one flight of stairs) with a porch and a covered rooftop patio with ocean views and amazing sunsets.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Golden Zone neighborhood of Bucerias, you'll be close to the best dining and entertainment, and most importantly, the beach! There is a large grocery store 4 blocks away, and the taxi stand is 1 block away! Our favorite bar in town is just around the corner, Barchelata, with local craft beer on tap and about 20 TVs with every sport imaginable. Within walking distance there are multiple great restaurants with delicious ceviche, asian-fusion, italian, and more!

Getting Around:
Bucerias is very walkable. There is a bicycle rental shop 2 blocks away that also has e-bikes! Bucerias is a great spot for exploring everything Bahia de Banderas and the Riviera Nayarit have to offer. By Car / Uber your place is only:
-- 20 minutes from the Airport
-- 10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta
-- 25 minutes to Punta Mita
-- 35 minutes to Downtown Puerto Vallarta
-- 30 minutes to Sayulita

We really enjoyed our 5 week stay at this location. The apartment is large and roomy while the two exterior decks (second floor and rooftop) offer both privacy and great views. The location is perfect because it is close to the beach, close to grocery shopping (Chedraui), close to buses on the highway, and an easy walk to Centro.

Great introduction to visiting this beach town. Wonderful sunsets from the rooftop patio, coffee every morning on the deck was beautiful. We even had live music one evening from the restaurant next door.
