후기

일단 직원분들도 굉장히 친절하셨고 객실도 생각보다 넓어서 사용하기 편했습니다 다만 입실했을 때 세면대에서부터 침구류에 머리카락이 다수 보이더라고요ㅠ 한 두개면 저도 그러려니 하는데 계속 보이는 머리카락에 조금 찝찝했네요 이 외에는 모두 만족했습니다

침구좀 바꾸시죠

직원들은 상당히 친절하시네요. 다만 추가로 받은 매트리스가 어린이용 바닥소음방지용 매트네요. 딱딱해서 너무 힘들었습니다. 이불도ㅠ넘 오래된것이에요 바꾸세요좀 아무리 오래된 호텔이더라도 화장실은 좀 곰팡이도 없애놓고 해야죠... 주차는 편했고 직원들은 정말 친절했습니다. 미역국에 밥말아먹은 간단한 조식도 괜찮았어요.

방에 담배냄새가 많이 나는데 그것을 방향제로 없애려고 하니 이상한냄새 머리가 아픔 그리고 눅눅해서 그런지 침대 밑에서 벌레가 나옴

금연구역인데 담배냄새가 나요

건물 전체 금연구역이라 했는데 어디서 들어 오는건지 담배 냄새가 났어요 담배하고 전혀 상관없이 사는 사람은 아주 예민합니다 어지럽거든요 심하지는 않았지만 창문도 닫았는데 어디서 들어 오는건지 모르겠습니다 다른건 좋아요 아침식사는 맛있고 좋았습니다

富川駅近くのホテル

富川滞在時によく利用しています。カウンターには日本語が少しできるスタッフの男性がいるので、日本人にとっては安心だと思います。また、お部屋の中もキャリーケースが広げられる広さで満足しています。また利用させていただきたいと思います。

フロントスタッフさんは親切、部屋は不潔！/친절한 프런트, 더러운 방

先に現地入りしている友人と同じ宿にしようと思い今回このホテルにしました。 まず名前には「ホテル」とついていて規模も大きいですが室内は完全に「韓国の典型的なモーテル」です。 フロントスタッフの女性は親切で愛想も良く、他のお客さんへの接客を見ても好感を持てる雰囲気でした。 部屋に入ると、写真とは大違いです。 写真より相当狭いと思った方がいいと思います。自分は一泊だけで1人だったので特に広さには不満はありませんでしたが、二人だと不便だと思います。(スタンダードのダブルベット一つの部屋でした) 掃除が全くダメで不潔だったのでとてもへこみました。 ・「消毒済」の帯がかけられたトイレの蓋を開けると長い髪の毛が数本便座についたまま ・洗面台の中にも髪の毛、ベッドを見ると枕に髪の毛、布団をめくると中にも髪の毛と大きな綿埃 ・同じく「消毒済」的なことを書いているビニール袋に入れてあったヘアブラシには、絡みついたままの大量の髪の毛。 モーテルのヘアブラシを使う事は無いけれどここまで汚いブラシは初めてでした。 ・テーブルは拭いていないようで何か前の人が食べたものが乾いた跡が付いていてベタベタ。 ・床もおそらく拭いていないようで何か筋のようなものが残っていて何の汚れかわからないだけに気持ち悪かったです。 裸足では歩きませんでした。 とは言えこの状態の部屋に置いてあるスリッパを履く気にもなれなかったので靴下のままで過ごしました(翌朝になって気付いたのですがベッドの足元にはスイカの種が3つほど落ちたままでした)。 ・朝食も写真と大違いで残念な内容です。サービスで付いてるだけだとはいえ、出発まで時間に余裕あれば食べずに外に行きたかった...という感じです。 ・エアコンは全館フロントで温度設定をしているのか故障だったのか、室内の温度操作は作動しませんでした。一度強風にすると19度位の強風のままになって死ぬほど寒い思いをしました。フロントに行って止めてもらわないとリモコンはオンオフしかできないようで、さらにはそのリモコンも壊れてたのか、全く言うことをきかずでした。 他の方のレビューを見たら高得点で書いている方もいらっしゃるので、もしかしたら掃除の担当によって、あるいは日によって、ムラがあるのかもしれませんが、今回みたいにハズレを引いた時はほんと最悪です。 正直言って勧めませんし二度と泊まりません。

空調の温度が部屋で調節できないため、時々、部屋が暑く感じられた。 夕食に行く時にタクシーがなかなか来なかったため、ホテルの方が車で店まで送って頂けたので助かりました。
