I have stayed at this resort before. Our room is not as nice. There is water damage on the woodwork and ceiling. There was hair in our bathroom. Shower did not work well. No offering ls like a free drink we were supposed to have and no upgrades. I feel like this is not as nice as I had remembered. I spent a lot of money for this hotel and it did not meet a four star for me. The dinner was great in the restaurant and the staff there was great.

Wonderful room and conveniently located. My friend and I had a great stay! The hotel room was non-smoking which was great for us and beautifully appointed. We used the lounge and loved being able to escape for a bit and have a quiet drink and the welcome Prosecco was a lovely touch. I would absolutely stay here again. The check in was easy and the staff was warm and friendly and were eager to help and ensure everything went smoothly. Loved my stay!
