"A very convenient location for the event we attended. A cozy and charming home. Enjoyed looking at the book of the home transformation and sitting on the front porch listening to music playing at Dale’s Essenhaus. Very relaxing. We will definitely stay again the next time we will be in the area. "

"We came for a baby shower and this studio had everything we could possibly need. Jill answered all questions immediately. We highly recommend!"

"This host anticipated all our needs and more. Everything was extremely clean and organized. She gave extra touches like a bag of ice in the freezere, fresh flowers and personalized note of welcome. I would highly recommend this host. The neighborhood appeared a little run down, but this by no way effected our stay due to the superb quality of the home. It was very quiet also."

"The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. "The home was not clean and had ants. It smells like smoke so much so that even my luggage smelled like smoke. The neighborhood is not great. Definitely not worth the price. When I brought the ants and the fact that the house was not cleaned to the manager’s attention …they did spray for ants and clean up. The manager was helpful but I would not stay here again. The smoke smell was awful."
