"Noisy at location to be expected"

"Clean & modern hotel in a good location for Liverpool One, Albert Dock etc. My only suggested improvement would be a bit more attention to detail: A mix of different pillows available in the room; working air conditioning; sufficient loo roll etc."

"Good location but can be noisy as it's right in the centre of the city. But that's the trade off for being able to walk to everything the city has to offer. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Staff not the most welcoming, lacking the 'enjoy your stay' or even asking how our stay was on checking out. Took a while to check in because we asked for our rooms to be away from the front of the hotel. I messaged about this about 2 weeks before and received it a positive reply. On the day it was...

"Lovely hotel, I had a room with a sofa bed but I was on my own and wasn’t expecting the sofa bed to be made, which made getting around the room really difficult as the sofa bed was between the bed and the bathroom / door. I was on the 6th floor and the room was still quite noisy from the bars down the street so it was really difficult to sleep. Everything else was perfect but as the sleep was the most important part of my trip I was disappointed."

"Very helpful and welcoming staff. I forgot to pack a toothbrush and a staff member kindly brought one to my room (thank you!). The only slight downside was hot items for breakfast could have been warmer. Everything was beautifully cooked and presented, but breakfast starts at 7.00am on a Saturday and at 7.05 bacon, eggs etc were only luke warm. Perhaps everything is being put out ready for service earlier than it needs to be on a Saturday?"

"Lovely hotel. The lady at the check-in desk was friendly and professional. Overall, the cleanliness was good, only thing is, I found an orange stain on one of the towels in the bathroom when we got there. Great location, very central but still nice and quiet. The breakfast was nice. We would stay here again. "
