"On entering the hotel you immediately feel you have entered into a place of style and grandeur. Nothing is too much trouble from the staff. Loved the touch of the doorman being dressed in Pinky Blinders attire who gave a lovely welcome! Pleased to see a vegan option in the restaurant which was very tasty and the waitress service was attentive and professional. The design of the Spa was wonderful, creating a relaxing mood and ambiance with its lighting and lit pool. Good value also at £20 per person for 2 hours. Our superior bedroom was massive and the original bricked ceiling and photos on the wall added to the whole experience. The bathroom was large and impressive with its double sink, with its walk in shower and Victoria style bath but on closer inspection the shower tiles meeting the shower tray could have done with a more thorough clean. The bathroom fan was very loud. It’s a 30 minute walk into the city centre and nothing else nearby so be prepared to have to walk or Uber. It does have a large car park though. "

"Wonderful one night stay at the Pullman with a complimentary upgrade which was most appreciated. It was my first time at a Pullman in Europe after having stayed in Congo Kinshasa a while back. A tiny problem with the hot water tap was swiftly and professionally resolved. Breakfast was divine. A big thank you to the reception staff who helped me zip and unzip my dress and kept an eye on our car which had broken down the night before when my friends had a puncture bringing me home. Keep up the fabulous work! "

"Nice hotel. I booked a room for 1 person as I was there on business. The room was nice and clean with a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, sink, kettle and Nespresso machine. The room is quite small and one side of the double bed was against the wall, as it was just me that was fine but it could be uncomfortable for a couple. The bathroom was nice and clean with quality toiletries. They had complimentary beer or wine in the hall on the arrival day which was a nice touch. In summary; a nice hotel with helpful staff in a busy part of town, about 10 minutes from Lime Street station with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. "
