"We would like to respond/add to our review of Jan 15. Of course we realize that hotel rates vary based on dates/demand. However, the hotel was considerably vacant throughout our entire stay, as we were there after the holiday season ended in January. We were also able to verify the rate difference between the higher rate we paid at the desk and lower rates charged online on multiple websites and on multiple occasions, so this is something other guests need to be aware of."
