"The location was good but the hotel is very very noisy. It’s between two main roads and the windows are single glazed. We asked for a back room but they can’t if you have a child as they are smaller rooms at the back. Also the reception area smells bad, but not upstairs the smell there was fine. Otherwise good location. "

"This hotel has a very good/walkable location. The facility itself was fine - rooms were a bit small and dated, but clean and comfortable. The staff is hit or miss - some border dismissive but others - thanks to Gabriella, in particular - are very helpful. Important Note: we got sick and were unable to fly home as scheduled, so we needed to extend our stay. Given our condition, we simply went to the desk (twice) and they processed our request. Later, when we needed to extend one final time but...

"Good location for Metro and trams etc. Room 609 was far too hot on a night so had to sleep with windows open (23-27th Dec) and we were on a busy main rd side so sleep wasnt great. Hotel itself is good, food great, staff great, facilities great. Upstairs restaurant and bar is expensive but downstairsis good. Would stay here again. Bianca was extremely helpful and very friendly. "
