The reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is that it really needs to do something about the coffee machine at breakfast. The machine is useless… otherwise everything else is very good

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city - walkable to most attractions but also transport links easily available. We got a room upgrade and arrived at night to find that our balcony was facing the magnificent Parliament building!!! Magical!! Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff at the hotel were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel and this beautiful city!!
