"The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. "Clean unit and polite staff. The check-in was terrible. The staff did not know we are coming. There was no record of us coming. "I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! "It's a typical Philippines cheat rate motel, no hot water but staff was very friendly. If your not accustomed to lifestyle in a third world country, this is not the place for you. If your a world traveler looking for cheap, I could recommend this place. If your old and don't do stairs, this is definitely not your motel. So keep in mind, just because it's in the name, it's not really for pension people."
