You get one room (no refrigerator, the kitchen cupboards were empty (no utensils, pots/pans, dishes), no beach chairs, one lanai chair, yes a/c) and one bathroom (no hot water in shower). "Gorgeous place to get away from it all, and we loved the kayaks! Definitely bring water shoes for the rocky shoreline. A/C in the bedroom works great, but be prepared to acclimate to the heat and enjoy the ocean breeze. A fan for the house or patio would be be a nice addition, but otherwise everything was wonderful!
