Fantastic penthouse-level loft apartment, comfortable and outfitted exactly as pictured. Safe, walkable neighborhood in a great location. Perfect communication with hosts, whose offices were located on-site, just one door away from the lobby entrance. It’s possible to leave luggage with them if you arrive earlier than check-in. Completely secure building with 24-hour door person inside the lobby. We were fully pleased with our one-night stay before leaving for a cruise, would gladly recommend and would definitely reserve again.

I stayed at Modern Apartments Buenos Aires (Oct 2024) in Puerto Madero and had a wonderful experience. I booked a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath unit, and it was super cozy and beautifully decorated. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with housekeeping offered twice during my 5-day stay. The WiFi was fast, and the split ACs were fantastic—much appreciated given the hot weather. The only downside was some noise on rainy days, likely due to being on the 8th floor. Overall, it’s a great option for a comfortable stay in Puerto Madero. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful apartments in a great area
My wife and I stayed at the Modern Apartments for five nights (Standard apartment) in October 2024. We found Puerto Madero to be perfect for our stay in BA. It is a very modern, chic, tranquil and quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to the main attractions in the city. It also has dozens of great restaurants and bars down by the water. The Apt had absolutely everything we needed and was quite spacious. It could do with a few renovations, but was great value for money, especially considering the location. Best of all though is the staff. I think we met most, if not all of them, starting with the lovely Angie when we checked in, and they were all absolutely delightful people. Very friendly, helpful and responsive. We have stayed in almost 1,000 hotels and apartments in 90+ Countries over our lifetimes, and the staff here are among the nicest we have ever met. If we ever come back to BA, we would stay here just to meet this team again. The free breakfast is very limited but tasty; we only went twice during our stay. All-in-all, a great place to stay in BA.
