This hotel is a Jewel in the middle of downtown Buenos Aires, very clean and confortable. The breakfast was excellent, lots of food items to choose from, I like fruits and there were plenty. Breakfast was included. I just stayed one night. But I really recommended it.

The hotel is very well situated for dining and shopping options. The room was large and fairly clean. There was no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there was coffee, hot and cold water available in the dining area next to reception. It would have been helpful to have been informed about this during check-in. The receptionist when we checked in was not very helpful. However, the receptionist, when we checked out, was very helpful. He helped us with our bags and tried very hard to answer our questions. We only stayed one night and did not have breakfast since we had to go to the airport early in the morning.

Great location and walking distance to shopping malls. Lots of restaurants close-by. Room size is good, No toiletries such as facial tissues and lotions were provided. Good thing there is a mini bar stocked with the usual beer, soda, juice and water and there are snacks as well. There were spots of black mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. Staff were helpful. Not enough charging stations for Apple phones.
