Realized my son's school wasnt staying here 30 minutes after we check in. Front desk staff was too busy checking in other guest that she barely listened to our issue. Very quickly stated that she can't help accommodate us because it is after check out already. Well yeah of course, check out is 12 pm and check in is 3 pm. The property was great but I wish staff were a bit more compassionate.

The property felt like it was still brand new. We had a great welcome from front desk and our rooms was exceptional. We were really excited that it was walking distance to New York Beer Project (NYBP) which you should showcase the closeness.
