They told us, last minute, that our house was not available the 1st day and they will put us in a regular hotel room for that day. 1) This changed a lot our plans, last minute. 2) We were told they wont charge us for that night. Yet, we had already paid via Expedia and, as of today, there's been no refund to our credit card.

Amazing stay, our four kiddos ranging from age 2-17 had plenty to do between the lake, game Restaurant , and water park.
