"Honestly, we were most excited about this stay on our honeymoon and it was a miss. This was our 3rd Michelin key hotel of our trip and it truly did not compare to the others. The grounds were beautiful, but the service and overall experience wasn’t. The missing piece to describe it all was lack of attentiveness. From introduction to the hotel at the start, to the pool area/service, to staff at breakfast, to service at the Michelin restaurant. Overall it felt like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 5....

"5 star hotel holiday ⭐️ We loved spending 5 nights here for our summer holiday in September. Location was really nice being around 25 min easy drive from Palma Airport and we hired a car so it was a great central base to visit lots of towns on the island (Soller, Deia, Valldemossa, Pollenca, Alcudia, Palma etc) parking was really easy at a little car park down the road and you just had to walk up the hill to the hotel. "Hotel Mirabo is the perfect picturesque getaway just minutes from downtown Valldemossa. Antonio was so helpful when our flight was delayed and we were getting in late from the airport. Service from the entire staff is excellent. Easy parking for rental cars on site, which I would recommend in Mallorca for easy travel around the island.
